About Me

I’m Sean Scullion, an Australian-born coach based in Berlin, working with men, especially between 25 and 65, on love, relationships and connection with themselves.

For over a decade I’ve worked with men through workshops, retreats and one-on-one coaching across Europe and beyond. I’ve co-founded international events built around honest conversation and personal growth, and I’ve worked as an actor, including in the Berlinale-selected feature Touch Me Not. That work taught me a lot about presence, and about what it means to be fully in the room.

I’ve done this work on myself first. I know how to walk other men through it without judgement, without fluff, and without pretending it’s easy.

What I believe

Strength isn’t the absence of struggle. It’s being honest about the struggle and doing something about it.

Most men were never taught this stuff. Not because they can’t learn it, but because nobody showed them how.
